Snipper de ui en hak de kruiden fijn. Snijd de zoete puntpaprika en courgette in blokjes. Fruit de ui in de olijfolie en voeg na enkele minuten de paprika en courgette toe. Bak enkele minuten mee en voeg dan de tomatenstukjes toe. Snipper de look en doe deze onder de saus. Laat nog enkele minuutjes sudderen. Maak “gaatjes” in het tomatensaus mengsel en doe hier een voor een de eieren in. Zet op een lager vuur en zet een deksel over de pan. Laat de eieren stollen en rooster intussen volkoren pita broodjes. Als de eieren gestold zijn is het eten klaar, voeg nog de kruiden toe qls afwerking en smakelijk!</image:caption>
